Dr Gemma Phipps D.C, BSc (Hons), BSc (Hons), M.R.C.C - Clinic Director
I qualified as a Doctor of Chiropractic from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic at the University of Glamorgan in 2008. I went on to study at Postgraduate level gaining a PGCert in Clinical Chiropractic. Prior to studying for my Chiropractic degree I completed a B.Sc. (Hons) in Biological Sciences, Physiology and Pharmacology at Manchester Metropolitan University.
My interest in Chiropractic began after developing back pain due to poor posture whilst working for my local NHS Trust. I visited my local Chiropractic Clinic, and was so impressed by the treatment that I received and the results that I experienced, that I decided to retrain and become a Chiropractor.
In 2010 I completed my foundation level training in Acupuncture through the British Medical Acupuncture Society and in 2012 went on to complete further training in Electroacupuncture.
Outside of the practice I love spending time with my family. I enjoy walking, yoga, pilates, watching films and relaxing at home with a good book.
Dr Luke Griffiths D.C, BSc, MSc - Senior Associate
I have a huge passion for sports primarily swimming where I competed at a national level. Following an acute shoulder injury at an important time of my swimming life it was recommended that I should see a chiropractor. The chiropractor not only treated my injury but also looked into the source of the issue, this enabled further improvement and injury prevention not only in swimming but also in my day to day life. From that time I was inspired to pursue a career in chiropractic, I have a motivated rive for overall patient well-being enabling me to give the best possible care for each and every individual.
I have a pleasant and friendly personality and I enjoy treating patients of all ages and backgrounds. I strive to help with pain relief and improve quality of life. Treatment involves diversified technique and myofascial work whilst looking into functional issues that may be the underlying cause of the patient’s pain.
I graduated from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic, Bournemouth with a BSc Honours Degree in Human Sciences and a Master of Science in Chiropractic.

I am a fully qualified McTimoney Chiropractor and a qualified level 3 diploma Sports Massage Therapist. I love helping out others in whatever way I can and the healthcare industry opens up a variety of ways in which I am able to do that at a professional level.
I believe that everybody has at least a desire to be at their physical best throughout their lives whether that is because you wish to become great at a particular sport, you are trying to keep up with children, you need more energy to get you through the day or even do not want to be restricted by injury, aches or pains.
Healing chronic and intractable ailments takes a certain level of understanding, focus, and sensitivity. As a sports massage therapist and now fully qualified Chiropractor, I will work to provide you with the best chance at optimum health and wellbeing.

Paul Langford BSc (Hons).
Born and bred in Birmingham, my passion for health, well-being and fitness has provided me with a wide range of experiences from working within medical research, professional sport and education before transitioning into a more client focused role satisfying my innate nature to help people.
With a love of nearly all sports and always willing to stick my toe in the water, being active and healthy is the cornerstone of my foundation I continue to build on.
I enjoy anything physical and if you were to throw a ball into the room, I’ll probably chase it around for a good few minutes! Rest and relaxation comes in the form of doing something active so sitting on a beach or by the side of the pool is not for me and if a motorbike is involved, I’m even happier, I just wish the comfort of riding increased proportionally with my age!
